A "For Rent" Sign and a Text Message Sign in the front lawn

           - When a potential renter drives past your home we have listed,
             they will have the ability to send a text message from their mobile
            phone requesting instant information on the property. Our service
            will send price, beds, baths, and other data regarding home. We
          are able to capture their phone number and will call client to
           discuss possible showing and additional details.

Step 3 – Secure a qualified tenant for your property

Once we have an interested party, our team will do the following:

Perform an extensive 5 point background check to include:

Criminal background
Credit
Screen all potential tenant's though a sex offenders database
Verify employment
Verify previous rental history

Step 4 – Execute completed lease agreement and exchange keys

Our lease agreement is updated annually by an Illinois attorney which includes the following:

Residential Lease and/or Lease with the Option to Purchase document
Required Illinois Real Estate Disclosures
